The early stages of a puppy’s life are critical for building confidence, manners, and good behavior that last a lifetime. As a professional puppy trainer in Austin and Dripping Springs, I help set you and your puppy up for success right from the start.
I offer a one-hour private puppy training session where we’ll cover all the essentials, including:

Crate training

Puppy socialization

Handling biting, chewing, and jumping

Building a healthy routine and structure at home
This session is great for first-time puppy owners or anyone who wants to make sure they're doing things right in those first important weeks.
If you later decide to enroll your pup in our 4-week Board and Train program, a portion of your puppy lesson fee will be credited toward the program cost.

PRIVATE LESSONS
BASIC OBEDIENCE
Through a series of lessons, I'll give you the tools you need to communicate more effectively with your dog to improve behavior. Basic skills will include sit (stay), down (stay), waiting at the door, place, loose leash walking, and come (recall).
SWIMMING LESSONS
You don't know how to introduce your new pup to your swimming pool, you want to go paddling with your dog or enjoy any other water-related activity together. I can teach your dog to enjoy the water fearlessly.
BEHAVIORAL ISSUES
In your home, or anywhere a bad behavior is occurring, we can work together to address it.
TRICKS
I can show you how to use Clicker Training to teach your dog a variety of tricks, (such as High 5, Roll Over, Target, Touch and many more). Teaching tricks is an interesting and fun way to interact with your dog and stimulate its mind.
It will take hard work and patience, but it will also be a deeply rewarding experience for both of you. There are tried-and-true methods that make the process both easy and fun for you and your dog.
A well-trained dog is less at risk of getting into a fight with another dog, getting lost, running away, or biting a human being.
